I’m sure you’re hearing a lot of buzz about Intermittent Fasting. It’s all over social media, YouTube, and it’s legitimately one of the fastest (and safest) ways to shed fat if done correctly… Personally, I stop eating usually around 7-8 pm and don’t eat my first meal until 12 in the afternoon, which is roughly 15 hours of fasting. That is the basic idea of intermittent fasting. I’m never hungry and my body is able to burn more fat because it isn’t busy digesting food. But, keep this in mind….Intermittent fasting might not be for everyone and that is why we want to share this really good video…

He was able to lose over 100 pounds of pure fat with fasting, and completely transformed his life…(in just a single year!) And while I believe that fasting is the most effective way to lose fat for 95% of the population, fasting is NOT for everyone so before you try it, we highly recommend watching this video… For example, some women should NOT try intermittent fasting (fully explained why in the video). Additionally, full-fledged diabetics should NOT fast either.
